Chad Dobbs

Chad has been in the real estate brokerage and real estate equity investment business for 15 years. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $300 million worth of multi-family properties. Over the course of his career, Chad has worked as a real estate investor, contractor, property manager and private money lender. He bought his first investment property at 20 years old. Since then he has started a boutique multi-family brokerage and management company and has trained over 20 agents.

Chad received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M in 2007. He has been actively involved in real estate as an agent since 2002 and received his broker’s license in 2006. When Chad is not working he enjoys spending time offshore fishing, playing tennis, free diving, surfing and traveling with his lovely wife.
