Joe Romano

Joe joined the Thrive team in 2016 to oversee the company’s current portfolio of multifamily investments and to actively source new acquisitions. Joe’s role includes sourcing, evaluating and closing all new investment opportunities for Thrive. Prior to joining Thrive, Joe was an Acquisitions Associate at Presidium, where he was active in all facets of the acquisition process including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, business plan development and deal closing. At Presidium, he sourced and closed over $200 million worth of multifamily properties across the southern United States. Prior to Presidium, Joe worked for Virtus Real Estate Capital, a private equity were he was responsible for business development and acquisitions, helped source new joint venture operating partners and acquisition opportunities to work within the $500 million fund. Joe has a BA in Sociology from The University of Texas.
