Lana Kaminski

Lana Kaminski joined the Thrive FP team in 2017 and currently serves as Senior Accountant. Lana assists Karen with Thrive’s financial, investor, and accounting activity. She also processes quarterly distributions and coordinates preparation and distribution of the annual partnership tax returns.

After earning her accounting degree in 2011, Lana worked as a Staff Accountant for a public accounting firm for 5 years. There she developed her ability to create accurate financial records and gained significant experience preparing business financial statements, federal and state partnership returns, and auditing. Prior to earning her degree, she served as an accounting assistant at a local church for 6 years. There she was responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy while processing donations and all other receipts. In addition to her knowledge of accounting, Lana has a thorough understanding of loan documentation and interest calculations which she gained while working at a prominent bank in Victoria, TX for 10 years.

Lana enjoys providing an excellent level of customer service, whether it’s to clients, co-workers, or as a volunteer. She has actively volunteered for many organizations including cub scouts, high school band boosters, and church. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and catching the latest movie with her husband.
