Melanie Myers

Melanie has been in the real estate brokerage and investment business for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in multifamily housing, investment properties, and income-producing second homes. Over the past 10 years, Melanie has focused on repositioning distressed or mismanaged multifamily assets, with an emphasis on amenities, design, modernization, and energy efficiency. Throughout her career, she has worked as a real estate broker, regional supervisor, property manager, and real estate investor. She purchased her first investment property nearly two decades ago and later founded MGR Realty, a boutique brokerage specializing in investment properties and second homes.

When Melanie isn’t working, she loves exploring the ocean through scuba diving, embarking on new travel adventures, and indulging in some friendly competition with family and friends – whether it’s a game of cards, a volleyball match, or a battle of wits in trivia.
