Phil came to Thrive with years of experience in operations and asset management. Initially starting his career in property management for Gables Residential, Phil gained tremendous knowledge and experience in leasing and managing multifamily properties. Phil then joined Roscoe Properties, a property management and real estate investment firm where he worked for several years in various roles as an analyst, asset manager, insurance administrator and business development associate. During his time with Roscoe/F&B Capital, Phil was the Asset Manager of a 3,200-unit multifamily portfolio across several major Texas markets, gaining experience in “value-add” construction management, rehabilitating and repositioning Class C & Class B properties.
