Rachel Lufschanowski works on the Investor Relations team at Thrive. She manages investor communication, prepares reporting across the firm’s lending and real estate investments, and supports ongoing capital-raising activity. Her work centers on delivering clear updates, organizing portfolio information, and helping maintain strong long-term relationships with investors.

Before joining Thrive, Rachel spent several years in London working in capital markets technology consulting. She collaborated with global banks on large-scale technology and system transformation projects, giving her experience navigating complex organizations, managing stakeholders, and working across technical and business teams. That background shapes the structure and clarity she brings to Thrive’s investor communication.

Rachel grew up in Austin and studied Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder before beginning her career abroad. She enjoys skiing, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and taking long walks around Lake Austin with the girls.
