Scott Snyder

Scott Snyder is an asset manager as well as an accounting associate for Thrive. Scott interacts with our equity partners to ensure that our properties are performing to expectation. He reviews monthly financial and operating statements from each of our properties. With that information, he helps to prepare our investment updates, distributions, and portfolio reviews.

Prior to his employment at Thrive, Scott worked as an accountant for over 10 years in both the public and private sectors. In his personal time, Scott enjoys building computers, programming, sailing, hiking, and kayaking.
